Imu Sau community etiquette
The Imu Sau community aims to be a friendly, safe and respectful space for everyone. This community etiquette sets out the behaviour we expect from each member. Behaviour that does not meet these principles may lead to account restrictions or a ban.

1.4. Avoid stirring conflict, aggression or provocation.
2.2. In discussions, stick to facts and avoid personal attacks.
2.3. If disagreements arise, address them calmly and with arguments.
2.4. Do not bully, mock, insult or use discriminatory language.
3.2. Do not send threatening, unwanted or sexually explicit messages.
3.3. Respect other users’ boundaries – if someone does not want to continue a conversation, respect that.
4.2. Photos must be clear, not manipulated and must not mislead.
4.3. Avoid excessive self-promotion or unwanted commercial activity.
4.4. Do not post content that breaks the law, the rules or other people’s rights.
5.2. Do not send crude, aggressive, sexual or offensive messages.
5.3. Do not offer illegal goods or deals.
5.4. Do not harass, pressure or ask for information another user does not want to share.
6.2. Keep your commitments on price, delivery, exchange or other agreements.
6.3. Inform the other user if circumstances change.
6.4. Do not commit fraud or take part in suspicious activity.
7.2. Encourage positive communication and community growth.

2.1. Use polite, clear and neutral language.2.2. In discussions, stick to facts and avoid personal attacks.

2.4. Do not bully, mock, insult or use discriminatory language.
3. Safety and privacy
3.1. Do not publish other people’s personal information (address, phone, photos) without their clear consent.3.2. Do not send threatening, unwanted or sexually explicit messages.

4. Content and listings
4.1. Post only truthful, accurate and verified information.4.2. Photos must be clear, not manipulated and must not mislead.

5. Private messages

7. Helping others
7.1. Be willing to help new users.7.2. Encourage positive communication and community growth.

8. Prohibited behaviour
The following is strictly prohibited:- discrimination (based on race, gender, age, religion, etc.);
- bullying, insults, threats;
- sexual harassment;
- fraud or manipulation;
- misleading information or deception;
- defamation or other attacks on a person’s dignity.
9. Consequences of breaking this etiquette
Depending on the nature of the violation, the following may apply:- a warning;
- restriction of private messages;
- removal of listings;
- temporary account suspension;
- permanent account deletion;
- information shared with law enforcement if the violation is criminal.
